Hi, Jennifer. Our school works with the Organic Gardener, Jeanne Nolan, and she passed your name on to me. I would like to raise chickens from eggs at school so the children can experience this wonderful part of the life cycle. I have an incubator, but realized that if we want to be successful, I should know more. Also, I need to find a place that will take the chickens once they get bigger. I don’t know if there is an ideal time for this transfer. It occurred to me that if we keep them for a little while (how fast do they grow?) I would need some set up for them, food/water/warmth. So many questions! I wondered if you had a class that would meet my needs or if there was another way to get advice. I look forward to hearing from you! Lynne Hubert
